High Class House

Welcome to my Eco-Lux Collective where how you make things and treat people matters most.

My sounds aim to energize, comfort, motivate and relax listeners. The majority of the work is done in my solar-powered home studio to reflect my commitment to the world and leave it better than I found it.

Catalogue of my Sonic Life

Before the world spun even wilder than when I first arrived, I was already chasing dreams. Along the way, I’ve been lucky to be seen, supported, and sharpened by incredible artists and mentors — Tim Gerron, Heath Tull, Lucy Sica, Sally Allen, Todd V Wolfson, REZ, Erik Gustafson, Ritchard Napierkowski, Salih & Tomar Williams, Johnny Goudie, Wesley Warnke, Dan & Ricci Wright, and Bob McGhee. Their encouragement helped me carve my path.

Barbie and Ms. De Facto are not gimmicks; they are facets of me. In the corporate world, these archetypes are often used to keep women underpaid and intellectually invisible. I turned them into aliases and armor. Society still struggles with the idea that a woman can be sexy, human, and brilliant enough to earn on par with her male counterparts. Sanity gets traded for vanity — so I leaned into it, hoping to open a small crack in the paradigm.

Through my work, I want women to see themselves as more than the roles we’re groomed into — Barbie by default. My songs, performances, and collaborations are pieces of that rebellion. They are proof that even before Hollywood caught on with its Barbie movie, I was already telling this story, locally and internationally, on my own terms.

Ms. De Facto

When I could no longer stand pink clothing and saw the public taking Barbie literally, I decided to move on. Ms. De Facto became my new identity, allowing me to express the darker aspects of my personality—the side that harbors strong feelings against injustice. This was my chance to prove that I could write, produce, perform, mix, master, and publish on my own. It was a time when we all had more time on our hands. My respect for Tim Gerron grows with each new concept I learn and attempt, whether on my own or with AI. While my strengths lie in singing and delivering, the struggle for recognition and fair compensation in distribution and publishing has driven me and the artist community to work harder than ever, taking on skill sets that were once best handled in collaboration with lifelong production professionals. Here are the solo fruits of my lockdown labor.
